In short

Tractionim stores what you tell it so it can build your Brand Model. It does not sell your data, does not post anything on your behalf, and uses analytics only if you accept them. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time.

What we collect

  • From your Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier. We use them to identify your account. We do not access your Gmail, Drive or contacts.
  • What you enter: your intake answers, proof, products, audiences and boundaries, and the Brand Model versions you review and approve.
  • Your browser's time zone, set as your profile's default at first sign-in.
  • Usage analytics through Google Analytics, only after you accept them in the banner. Advertising features are disabled.

How we use it

To run your account, draft and store your Brand Model, keep you signed in, and understand how the site is used. Proof you mark as reference only informs the strategy but its specifics are never included in anything Tractionim drafts. Your answers are not shared with an AI service at present; if that changes, this page will say which provider and what is sent before it happens.

Where it is stored

The application runs on DigitalOcean in Amsterdam. Your account and data are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security, so each workspace can only read its own records. Connections are encrypted.

Cookies

  • A sealed session cookie that keeps you signed in (up to 7 days) and a short-lived cookie that protects the sign-in flow. Both are necessary and contain no tracking.
  • Google Analytics cookies, only if you accept analytics.
  • Your analytics choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw analytics consent by clearing your browser's storage for this site. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
